If you like sand art and are intrigued when observing a piece of art develop before your eyes, this is the gift for you! Very relaxing and truly beautiful end results. I purchased the purple one as it is my wife's favorite color, and she absolutely loved it!

 This is a really cool interactive piece of art. The green and gold colorway is truly beautiful to watch as it drifts through the water. The sand moves a little more slowly than I expected but that's part of the charm- you can't predict when the sand will suddenly speed up and drop more rapidly, kind of like an iceberg collapsing. If you're impatient like I am, you can tap the top or give it a little shake to get things moving faster. It's fun and soothing to play around with, and I like that you get a different sandscape every time. The display is very sturdy and came packaged securely with no cracks, leaks, or defects. This would make a great gift for anyone that could use a bit of relaxation and looks great on my desk.

The item is very sturdy. There was just a bit too much air in it and I was able to get a syringe from the pharmacy and extract some as they all have the tiny little hole on the side to add/remove air and or liquid. Overall satisfied.

Came securely packaged. You can slow a bit by doing complete upside down or make a bit faster by turning to the side. Bought one for my boss last spring. All of us play with it in the office. She then bought one for someone and I got one for home. I like to just concentrate on while waiting on her. We have a stressful job in healthcare and it is nice to just go take a break and concentrate on the sand moving and the new picture and closing other things out a few minutes.

These are the bees knees!! **AWESOME ACCIDENTAL DISCOVERY ALERT** If you put them under or near a Blacklight/UV Light, parts of it glow like molten lava and the different types of sand glow pink, blue, purple. This is the "yellow" one, but it looks orange. I use the Blacklight with it all the time bc it looks a million times better. Can't wait to see what the other colors look like under a Blacklight.
